Job description

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for a Full-Time opportunity throughout Catonsville, Maryland.

This full-time position services clients within senior living communities—it's home health without the typical home health commute!

Must be available Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.

One year of prior clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse is required. As a home care RN, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, enabling them to receive necessary medical care while remaining at home.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

1. Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
2. Make home visits to clients in designated areas.
3. Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
4. Monitor client conditions and report changes to managers.
5. Follow and document doctors' orders accurately.
6. Conduct client assessments as needed.
7. Manage cases and coordinate care.
8. Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using electronic medical records on a tablet.

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• Current RN license in Maryland.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience (medical/surgical).
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
