Job summary

AllHealth Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for Sage Ridge, joining a fast-paced, high-acuity detox and residential program. You’ll contribute to stabilization and recovery, delivering high-quality medical care in a supportive, recovery-focused setting.

You’ll assess patients, document care, and collaborate with clinicians while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards. Excellent teamwork and compassionate patient care are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• RN license in good standing in Colorado.
• One year of experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work within scope of practice.
• Effective communication with clients, families and team members.
• Demonstrated empathy while maintaining professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document vital signs, pain, and status; report abnormalities promptly.
• Provide care in emergencies with triage and prioritization.
• Chart observations and detox period conditions clearly.
• Complete admission assessments and review forms.
• Create and implement medical treatment plans based on assessments.
• Prepare for and/or perform venipuncture and med administration.
• Obtain and verify physician orders; organize shift duties.
• Mentor LPN, BHT and HCA to support the team.
• Attend nursing department meetings and uphold confidentiality.

Registered Nurse - Sage Ridge - AllHealth Network

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality medical care within our residential and detox programs. This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting individuals through stabilization and recovery. Our programs provide a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused setting for individuals navigating substance use and behavioral health challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Assess and document clients’ vital signs, TPR BP (sit/stand while on detox) pain, pulse ox, physical and emotional state and reporting abnormalities in a timely manner
• Provide appropriate care in case of emergencies by being present assessing and triage of medical situation
• Chart observations and conditions for detox period including abnormalities
• Accurately complete documentation and chart checks
• Perform admission nursing assessment and review admit form
• Create medical treatment plans based on assessment of medical needs
• Prepare for and/or perform venipuncture
• Administer and account for medication following AllHealth Network Procedures
• Obtain, carry out, and authenticate physician orders
• Organize and prioritize shift duties in facility
• Review daily census and assure accuracy
• Procedure for preparing clients for discharge
• Provide guidance and mentoring of LPN, BHT. And HCA functions
• Attend 75% of nursing department meetings
• Adheres to confidentiality laws including 42CFR Part 2, HIPAA and HITECH
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts based on business needs and client requirements
• Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures

What You Bring

• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• One year of experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work within scope of practice.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Understanding or willingness to learn substance use disorders and detox care processes.
• Demonstrated teamwork, accountability, and professional maturity.

• Valid Colorado driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record if driving for business purposes.
• If in recovery, a minimum of one year of continuous sobriety is required.

Compensation:

$40 – $46 an hour
$6/hour shift differential for hours worked between 5:00 PM and 7:00 AM and all day Saturday and Sunday

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network hiring salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks’ total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
