Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Inc. in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients across age groups in the assigned unit. You will collaborate with the medical team to implement care plans, monitor patient status, and advocate for patient safety.

Graduate from accredited nursing program with TX RN license and BLS. No prior experience required, but unit competencies will be developed within six months of hire.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• No experience required.
• Current RN license in the State of Texas (TX).
• BLS certification required.
• Unit-specific competencies obtained within six months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care for patients of any age group in the assigned unit.
• Direct and supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses and other nursing staff.
• Assess health status, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and unit activities.
• Ensure patient safety and respond to clinical changes promptly.
