Springhill Medical Center in Mobile, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the WOW Telemetry III team on the Day Shift. You will provide bedside nursing care, assessments, and an individualized plan of care for telemetry patients.

The WOW program requires weekend work (Friday–Sunday). The compensation includes $45/hour plus a $4 night shift differential, along with benefits such as PTO, 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Current RN License
• Two years of telemetry experience
• Ability to work weekends in WOW program (Fri/Sat/Sun)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned telemetry patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and planning of care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence in identification, assessment and intervention for patients.

Provides Nursing Care to assigned patients through assessment of patient’s needs, making nursing diagnosis, developing and implementing a plan of care, which reflect an individualized mode of nursing intervention based on specific population guidelines.Demonstrates Clinical competence in identification, assessment and intervention for patients.

As an RN in our WOW Program (Work on Weekends) - We offer you an hourly rate of $45/hour plus a $4 night shift differential. This generous compensation package also includes paid time off, 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. In this position you will be unit based and required to work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
