About the Role:

Join our Wound Care Team and play a vital role in assessing, treating, and managing wounds across a variety of cases. This is an excellent opportunity to specialize in a high-demand clinical area with mentorship and support provided throughout your journey.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately assess, document, and monitor wounds

• Administer wound care treatments per physician orders and protocols

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams

• Adjust treatment plans as needed to support healing

• Educate patients, families, and staff on best practices in wound care and prevention

• Maintain infection control and safety compliance

• Participate in wound care quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Georgia

• 1+ year of nursing experience (Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for RN applicants

• A nurse who is eager to expand their clinical skills and gain specialized experience in wound care

• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

• Compassionate, team-oriented, and motivated to learn

• Positive attitude and commitment to resident-centered care
