LPN / RN – Skilled Nursing – Wound Care Specialist

Position Overview

We seek a knowledgeable and compassionate Wound Care Nurse (LPN or RN) to lead our wound management program. Your responsibilities will include caring for residents with acute and chronic wounds, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and staff on wound care.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver and oversee wound care according to best practices and protocols.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans.
  3. Monitor wound healing progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
  4. Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and care.
  5. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
