Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a night shift, full-time Registered Nurse to support L&D, Postpartum, and NICU Float Pool. You will provide expert nursing care across specialty units while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• Two or more years of experience in L&D or NICU.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care across units to deliver quality patient care.
• Provide care appropriate to patient needs on L&D, postpartum, NICU, and float assignments.
• Develop, modify, and implement the plan of care per hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and CMS/TJC requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Individuals within this job classification are accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
• The Registered Nurse (RN) must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the needs of the patient served on each of the medical surgical units,including all medical surgicalunits and rehab.
• The RN is to plan for the provision of patient care,including the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care as described inPatientCare policies and procedures.
• The RN candidate is expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act as well as other regulatory and accrediting organizations,including CMS and TJC.
