Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a night shift, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to float across L&D, Postpartum, and NICU units. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care per standards to deliver quality patient care.
• Provide care across L&D, postpartum, and NICU medical/surgical units as needed.
• Develop, modify, and implement plans of care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and regulatory/accrediting requirements including CMS and TJC.

Responsibilities:

• Individuals within this job classification are accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
• The Registered Nurse (RN) must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the needs of the patient served on each of the medical surgical units,including all medical surgicalunits and rehab.
• The RN is to plan for the provision of patient care,including the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care as described inPatientCare policies and procedures.
• The RN candidate is expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act as well as other regulatory and accrediting organizations,including CMS and TJC.
