Belle Terrace is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its interdisciplinary team and provide high-quality nursing care for residents. This role emphasizes direct patient care, medication administration, and coordinating shifts in alignment with the care plan.

The RN will supervise support staff, ensure compliance with care standards, and contribute to a collaborative, resident-focused environment. Weekend availability is requested to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license.

Responsabilités

• Assumes responsibility for nursing services delivered to residents for one shift.
• Provides direct care, administers treatments and medications, and assigns tasks to direct care staff.
• Ensures flow of care and compliance with facility policies.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse (RN) assumes responsibility and accountability for nursing services delivered to assigned residents of a designated unit for one shift. The RN provides direct care, administers treatments and medications, organizes and distributes daily assignments to direct care staff consistent with staff competency and each individual resident's comprehensive resident assessment and plan of care. The RN supervises direct care staff and makes decisions about resident care needs during shifts concerning scope of clinical competence, consistent with facility policies and procedures. The Registered Nurse ensures that “Flow of Care” is followed.

Requirements:

Education & Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN in Pennsylvania.

Experience

• Previous long-term care experience is desirable but not necessary. Computer knowledge preferred.
