Job summary

Care Initiatives is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Albia, IA community. This full-time role with a weekend package provides direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment, with emphasis on safety, quality care, and teamwork with CNAs, LPNs, and physicians.

• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Document care accurately to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.

Shifts Available: Full-Time, Weekend Package, 6am to 6pm
