Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Tucson seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our East Tucson Visits home health team. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in the home, enabling them to stay at home.This Weekend RN position requires Start of Care/Admissions experience and familiarity with Home Health and OASIS documentation. Travel within the service area is expected, with competitive pay and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current nursing license in Arizona
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• At least 1 year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in acute, home health, hospice, or med-surg settings

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in patients' homes
• Perform Start of Care/admissions and follow-up visits
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home
• Conduct medication reconciliation and patient teaching

Registered Nurse - Weekend RN

Home Health Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our East Tucson Visits home health team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.

This is a Weekend RN position - since visits will include mostly Start of Care / Admissions, prior Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required.

• $5,000 Incentive if able to commit to 4 SOC per weekend (2 Saturday + 2 Sunday) OR
• $5,000 Incentive if able to commit to 20 productivity points per weekend (combination of Fri, Sat, Sun, and/or Mon) - benefits eligible!

This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the office's entire coverage area.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).
