Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Marana / Red Rock / Casa Grande. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, enabling them to remain at home with compassionate, reliable care.

Ideal candidates have Medicare certified home health experience and are comfortable with independent, real-time clinical decisions in varied home environments. Per diem, part-time schedule available.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program as indicated by transcript or diploma.
• At least one year of clinical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, ED, home health, hospice, ICU, med-surg, sub-acute or rehab.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

Home Health - Registered Nurse - RN Visits

Per Diem - Part Time

Marana - Red Rock - Casa Grande

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is strongly preferred.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).
