Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Colorado. This Weekend RN position offers $5,000 incentive opportunities and requires OASIS documentation experience along with strong home health skills.

This role involves travel across the service area, with part-time and full-time options. You will perform head-to-toe assessments, manage acute and post-acute care, and provide education and wound care in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Colorado nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in home health or acute care within the past two years.

Home Health Visits - Weekend RN

$5,000 Incentive Opportunities

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitive care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. This is a Weekend RN position - visits will include mostly Start of Care / Admissions. Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required.

This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the office's entire coverage area. Part Time and Full Time schedules available.

• Part Time: $5,000 Incentive if able to commit to 4 SOC per weekend (2 Saturday + 2 Sunday) OR
• Full Time: $5,000 Incentive if able to commit to 20 productivity points per weekend (Fri-Mon) - benefits eligible!

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Colorado
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule

• Pay: $60-65 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation
