BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Tucson East Visits home health team. This Weekend RN role focuses on Start of Care/Admissions with required home health and OASIS documentation experience.

You’ll travel across the coverage area and earn a $5,000 incentive for meeting productivity goals during weekends. Join a multidisciplinary team delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to help clients stay at home.

Competenze

• Active RN license in good standing in Arizona.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year adult/geriatric care experience in acute/post-acute settings.

Registered Nurse - Weekend RN

Home Health Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Tucson East Visits home health team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.

This is a Weekend RN position - since visits will include mostly Start of Care / Admissions, prior Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required .

$5,000 Incentive if able to commit to 20 productivity points per weekend (combination of Fri, Sat, Sun, and/or Mon) - benefits eligible!

This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the office's entire coverage area.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation , teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).
