BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Tucson East Visits home health team for weekend coverage.

The role focuses on Start of Care/admissions with travel across the office's coverage area, supported by a multi-disciplinary team. Weekend RN requires Home Health and OASIS documentation experience; be prepared to perform comprehensive assessments, wound care, medication reconciliation, and urgent clinical decision-making in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Arizona.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute, home health, hospice, or similar settings.
• Prior home health and OASIS documentation experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Provide acute and post-acute care in the home.
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, patient teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Carry out comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.
