RN Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure delivery of effective, outcome-focused nursing care using the nursing process.
2. Implement care plans effectively and efficiently, focusing on resident outcomes.
3. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals, sharing relevant information.
4. Provide resident care and comfort, demonstrating current nursing practices.
5. Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment, and CNA activities in assigned units and shifts.
6. Ensure timely communication and efficient service delivery.
7. Monitor staff activities to ensure compliance with care plans and physician instructions.
8. Note: May need to work a cart if there are call outs.

RN Supervisor Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent experience.
3. Current nursing license.
4. Previous leadership experience in a nursing home setting.
