Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center (DMRC) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to join our weekend team. The RN Supervisor will oversee a team of nurses and aides, develop care plans, and ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include rounds, collaboration with the healthcare team, on-call coverage, and maintaining accurate records. Pennsylvania RN licensed candidates with weekend experience are encouraged to apply for this rewarding leadership role involved in

Competenze

• Current Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Experience with weekend coverage preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and CNAs to provide patient care.
• Develop and implement care plans to meet residents' needs.

• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and therapists for comprehensive care.
• Participate in on-call rotations and address issues outside regular hours.
