Job summary

Tri Cities Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in North Cumberland is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team and ensure high‑quality patient care. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and mentor staff while maintaining compliance with policies and standards.

We offer a competitive hourly salary of $28.00–$33.00, weekend differential, comprehensive benefits, paid time off from day one, and opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kentucky.
• BSN preferred, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the nursing staff, upholding quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• Evaluate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care, strong team relations, and efficient services.
• Monitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as needed.
• Respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations.
• Act as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments to facilitate effective communication.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth and training.
