Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shift
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary
• Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care

1. Salary: $34-$37/hr based on experience
2. Shift differentials: $1.00 for night and weekend shifts
