Job summary

Home Health Care, Inc. in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an experienced Weekend Start of Care RN to perform Start of Care admissions in patients' homes. You will leverage your OASIS skills to assess and establish a care plan during weekend visits.

This role pays $200 per Start of Care visit plus mileage reimbursement, designed for RNs who want to supplement existing income with weekend-only scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous home health experience.
• Strong working knowledge of OASIS and Start of Care admissions.
• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills.

• Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekend Start of Care (SOC) admissions in patients' homes.
