NurseCore seeks an overnight RN/LPN to provide one-on-one home care for a 7-month-old male in Las Vegas, NV. This role requires hands-on experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators, and offers a $500 sign-on plus hourly rates for RN and LPN.

Schedule is 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM with direct patient care,Documentation, and collaboration with the NurseCore team. BLS/CPR and Nevada licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada RN or LPN license.
• At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
• Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
• Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification.
• Negative TB test completed within the past year.

Responsabilités

• Manage tracheostomy care, ventilator support, airway management, suctioning, G‑tube feedings, and medication administration.
• Monitor the patient's condition and respond promptly to respiratory changes.
• Follow physician orders and the individualized plan of care while working independently.
• Communicate effectively with the patient's family and NurseCore clinical team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.

Pay

• $500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
• LPN: $27/hour
• RN: $40/hour
