Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to perform nursing functions and supervise RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel according to the state nurse practice act.

You will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate care effectiveness while ensuring high standards of patient safety and outcomes across units.

Qualifications

• Healthcare Provider (CPR) or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if taking GI call, or Cath Lab.
• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D
• PALS within on year of hire in PACU
• NOTE: SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
