Talent One Services is urgently seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department in New Mexico. This hourly position offers competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.

The 19-bed ED maintains a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and treats cardiac, respiratory, stroke, trauma, and other emergencies, requiring strong assessment, rapid interventions, and teamwork with physicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience.
• Current New Mexico RN license.
• ADN is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to start within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize, and provide emergency nursing care based on patient acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions.
• Monitor patients and respond quickly to changes in clinical condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

We are urgently seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a fast-paced, collaborative Emergency Department. This is an hourly position offering competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.

The 19-bed Emergency Department maintains approximately a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and treats an average of 108 patients daily, including cardiac, respiratory, stroke, trauma, and other emergency conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize, and provide emergency nursing care based on patient acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions.
• Monitor patients and respond quickly to changes in clinical condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow established patient safety, infection prevention, and clinical standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
• Current New Mexico RN license
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong emergency nursing, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume acute-care environment
• Ability to start within approximately 30 days; flexibility may be available for candidates relocating
