Richmond Post Acute in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to supervise nurses and nurse aides on the unit, participate in daily clinical meetings, and ensure accurate documentation.

You will lead interdisciplinary care plan discussions, address questions from residents and families, and support quality improvement and compliance initiatives in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Join Richmond Post Acute, a leading provider of short-term and long-term skilled rehabilitation, in Richmond, VA, as a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated nurse leader to join our team.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting nurses and nurse aides on the unit, participating in daily clinical meetings, implementing and interpreting organizational policies, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. You will also participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings, address resident and family questions or concerns, and support quality improvement and compliance initiatives.
