Job summary

AristaCare Health Services in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee care management within an assigned unit. You will conduct the nursing process under the Nurse Practice Act, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and ensure regulatory compliance and high patient/family satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a PA RN license, has at least one year of supervisory experience in long-term care or related facilities, and is trained in rehabilitative and restorative nursing

Qualifications

• Must possess, a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Must have, as a minimum, one year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a long-term care facility, rehabilitation and hospital or other related health care facility.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
