Job summary

Folkston Park Care and Rehab is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) to oversee day-to-day clinical operations for residents in a combined short-term rehabilitation and long-term care setting.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans, lead nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, compliant resident care delivery.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in Georgia
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing preferred

Folkston Park Care and Rehab is hiring a UNIT MANAGER (RN) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Unit Manager utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that overall management of the day-to-day clinical operations and the nursing care that is delivered to the residents. Delegates the coordination and implementation of resident clinical services to appropriate staff.

Requirements:

1. The Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
