Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is under new management and is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for our facility in Syracuse, NY.

Responsibilities :

1. Handle all supervisory duties for the unit
2. Establish employee policies and procedures
3. Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice
4. Set standards of care for the unit
5. Review resident records and quality of care
6. Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases
7. Address questions or complaints from residents or their families
8. Ensure the department is stocked with medical supplies
9. Represent the unit's interests to upper management

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience
• Valid RN license
