Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• RN license is required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• MSN is preferred.
• Professional specialty certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for delivery of nursing care in the department.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives and streamline workflow.
• Develop staff and promote high levels of patient care.
• Increase staff satisfaction and support nurse residency/transition programs.
