Department/Unit Summary: Conemaugh Memorial, a Level 1 trauma center accredited by the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation, handles approximately 1800 trauma cases annually. The role involves working closely with a full-time performance improvement coordinator to ensure optimal patient care and outcome monitoring. Attention to detail and critical thinking are essential.

Qualifications and Requirements: Current state RN license, associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, completion of Basic Trauma Nurse Course, bachelor’s degree within 7 years, minimum three years trauma nursing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Preferred: 3+ years case management, 2+ years critical care, CEN, CCRN, or ANA certification.
