Job Details:

Unit Information: 2 West is a 25-bed telemetry unit specializing in surgical services, neurology, oral & maxillofacial, gynecological, and trauma care. The team includes RNs and PCAs trained in orthopedic and surgical care, with EKG training.

Hospital Overview: DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital is DMC’s largest hospital, offering comprehensive services including heart care, cancer treatment, emergency medicine, and more. Recognized for innovative minimally invasive surgeries and cardiac care standards.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers
• Assess, delegate, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor patient progress and prepare for discharge
• Report to senior management and participate in decision-making

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• BSN preferred
• Licensed RN in Michigan
• AHA BLS certification
