St. Marys Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for day shifts. You will assess patients, plan and implement nursing care, and evaluate outcomes while demonstrating leadership in a busy acute setting.

Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The Registered Nurse, using critical thinking skills, coordinates and provides safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational and growth and development needs of the patient.
• Develops a written plan of care using assessment data.
• Implements nursing care plan.
• Evaluates patient's response to interventions.
• Demonstrates leadership skills
• Assists in organizing Patient Care Activities

Education:

• Required: Graduate of Registered Nurse Program

Certifications:

• BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
• ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) (within 180 days for inexperienced),
• NIH STROKE(within 60 days of hire/transfer effective date)
