St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. The role coordinates and provides safe, quality care using the nursing process and leads patient care activities as assigned.

• Registered Nurse license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS due within 90 days; NRP acquire within 90 for inexperienced RN or at hire for obstetrics RN.

The Registered Nurse, using critical thinking skills, coordinates and provides safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Assists in organizing patient care activities as assigned.

• Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational and growth and development needs of the patient.
• Develops a written plan of care using assessment data.
• Implements nursing care plan.
• Evaluates patient's response to interventions.
• Demonstrates leadership skills
