Hartford HealthCare’s Hospital of Central Connecticut is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for our Med Surg units across multiple shifts. We support clinical instruction and a Nurse Residency, offer debt assistance and tuition reimbursement, and provide onsite parking, uniform stipends, and wellness programs.

Current CT RN license required within 90 days of hire. Join a team with strong staff ratios, no mandating or off-shift rotations, and opportunities to grow with research, innovation

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in Connecticut
• BLS certification required
• Experience in acute care settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Med Surg units
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Document care plans and participate in care rounds
