Memorial Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Telemetry in Las Cruces, NM. This full-time night shift (7pm–7am) offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

You’ll work in a 34-room Medical Surgical unit with a 1:5 to 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio alongside RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs. You will assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure comfort and safety while leveraging technology to improve outcomes.

Qualificações

• Current state RN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• ACLS preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.

Department/Unit Summary

Join our team in a 34 room Medical Surgical unit, located on the 3rd floor, where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, CMAs and CNAs. With a 1:5 to 1:6 nurse to patient ratio, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications and requirements

• License/Education: Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required up on hire. ACLS preferred.
• Experience: One year of experience preferred
