Community Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate care team at Community Hospital Anderson. The RN will provide patient care across the medical-surgical continuum in a 29-bed mixed acuity unit, collaborating with a skilled team to achieve safe, high-quality outcomes.

We require graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent nursing experience, Indiana RN licensure, and a commitment to ongoing learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources.

The Registered Nurse will work within an exciting, fast-paced environment! The RN will work collaboratively with a great team in this 29-bed mixed acuity med surg/progressive care unit at Community Hospital Anderson.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience


• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
