Job summary

Tyler Regional Hospital in Tyler, TX is seeking a Day shift, PRN Outpatient Surgery Circulator Registered Nurse (RN) to join our perioperative team. This role supports the smooth flow of outpatient procedures and ensures patient safety throughout the surgical process.

The RN will provide direct patient care, advocate for patients and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulating staff in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• ADN required for the role.
• Texas RN License active and in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct patient care for a group of patients during a surgical procedure.
• Support perioperative team and ensure patient safety throughout outpatient surgery.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who uses the nursing process to provide and direct patient care for a group of patients for a designated time frame before and during a surgical procedure.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Must maintain current Texas RN License
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certified
