Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operating Room Circulating Nurse in North Carolina.

The role involves serving as the circulating nurse during surgical procedures and ensuring the OR is properly prepared with all equipment, instruments, and supplies. Candidates must have a NC RN license (or Compact with NC endorsement) and a minimum of 2 years of OR circulator experience, with strong perioperative nursing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Surgery and Operating Room Circulating RN experience – required.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative and operating room nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the circulating nurse during surgical procedures.
• Prepare the operating room and ensure required equipment, instruments, and supplies are available.
• Verify patient identity, surgical site, consent, and required documentation.
• Assist with patient positioning and maintain patient safety throughout surgical procedures.
• Coordinate communication between surgeons, anesthesia providers, scrub staff, and other members of the surgical team.
