Bronx Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Weekend Day shift in Bronx, NY. The role involves leading nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring high-quality service for a 200-bed facility.

The position requires an active RN license and minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience. Strong leadership, communication, and basic computer skills are essential.

• Document resident care services and ensure accurate records.
• Promote cooperation among health care teams.

Bronx Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work the Weekend Day shift in Bronx, NY.

Schedule:

8AM-4PM, Saturday and Sunday.

Duties:

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
• Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams

Requirements:

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
