Buffalo Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff on the weekends at our 200-bed skilled nursing facility in Buffalo, NY. The role focuses on resident care coordination, staff scheduling, and upholding high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong and positive team leadership across staff.
• Familiar with EHR and eprescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff.
• Establish a compassionate environment for residents and families.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by applying rules and regulations.
• Monitor confidential information processing to protect resident data.
• Manage documentation of resident care services.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams.

Buffalo Center is hiring Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to work on the Weekends at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Buffalo, NY.

Duties Include

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Establish a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
• Promote resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams

Requirements

• Must hold valid NYS RN license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
• Strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
• Familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be available to work every other weekend.
