Centers Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Buffalo Center in Buffalo, NY. This role offers evening and night shifts, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and premium health coverage through Aetna with low out-of-pocket costs. The RN Supervisor will oversee resident care, support families, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a safe environment. Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience and a valid NYS RN license are required. Candidates must have strong communication skills and team management experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NYS RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required.
• Strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff.
• Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.
