Lee Health is seeking an RN Supervisor at HealthPark Care and Rehabilitation Center in Fort Myers, FL. You will lead the Skilled Nursing team, coordinate patient care, and mentor staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a 112-bed facility.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure nursing standards are met, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes. A strong leadership background and Florida RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare related field preferred.
• Florida RN license with BLS certification and ongoing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily patient care activities in your assigned area.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to nursing and patient care staff.

Location: HealthPark Care and Rehabilitation Center,16131 Roserush Court, Fort Myers FL 33908

Department: Skilled Nursing (112 Beds), One level building on HealthPark Campus

Work Type: Full Time (80 hours bi-weekly) (Non-Exempt/Hourly + Differential, as applicable (Evenings $ 3.00 p/hour)

Shift: Evening, 3:00:00PM to 11:30:00PM (Flexible to meet patient and business needs. Some flexibility with evening shift times)

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $38.48 - $50.01 / hour

Relocation Assistance Available for Qualified Applicants (up to $ 8,500)

As an RN Supervisor, you'll be a key leader on our Skilled Nursing team, helping create an environment where patients receive compassionate, consistent care and nursing professionals have the support and direction they need to succeed. You'll oversee daily clinical operations, develop and support your team, and help ensure an exceptional experience for patients and families.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Bachelors degree in nursing or healthcare related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required. (RN skilled nursing preferred) Previous experience in Nursing Leadership preferred.

Certification: American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

License: Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.

Other: Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of nursing care. Ability to participate in developing and implementing organizational strategies to improve the delivery of care. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of finance to support the development and management of the budget plan. Certification in Nursing Administration or appropriate specialty.
