Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead and coordinate a team of nurses in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting. The role focuses on implementing care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative environment.

The RN Supervisor will oversee staffing, mentor colleagues, and work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes on weekdays, with options for weekend or PRN shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.

As a leader in the rehabilitation center, the RN Supervisor will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and oversight to our nursing staff. Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of nurses, including directing and assigning tasks, providing guidance and mentorship, and addressing concerns and issues

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that the highest level of care is provided to each patient

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating nursing staff

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

• Foster a positive and productive work environment

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Pennsylvania

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on rehabilitation and long-term care preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff members

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities

• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans
