Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Evening Shift

Northern Metropolitan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work the Evening Shift (3PM-11PM) at our skilled nursing facility in Monsey, NY.

We are now offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus!

DUTIES:

1. Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
2. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families.
3. Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests.
4. Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations.
5. Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
6. Maintain documentation of resident care services.
7. Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong and positive team leadership skills.
• Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
