Meadow Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in New York is seeking an RN Supervisor to manage our subacute unit. You will oversee individualized resident care using the nursing process and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires NY RN license, experience as RN Supervisor in long-term care, EMR proficiency, BCLS/ACLS/PALS, and strong communication. You will supervise staff, document observations, and ensure quality patient care.

Formación

• Licensed RN in NY.
• Past experience as RN Supervisor in long-term care.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage individualized resident care by promoting and monitoring residents' health through the nursing process.
• Utilize clinical resources in implementing patient care and provide rationale for patient care decisions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to resolve residents' problems and needs.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Monitor residents' conditions and administer medications and treatments.
• Supervise assigned team members.
• Complete Frequent Observations and the Intake/Outtake Record per protocols.
• Perform related duties as required.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Meadow Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is actively seeking a RN Supervisor to manage our subacute unit.

As an RN Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Managing the individualized resident care by promoting and monitoring residents' health through the nursing process.
• Utilizes clinical resources in implementing patient care and provides rationale for patient care decisions.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve all residents' problems and needs
• Providing physical and psychological support to patients and their family members
• Monitoring residents' conditions and administering medication & treatments
• Supervising assigned team members.
• Completes Frequent Observations and the Intake/Outtake Record according to established protocols.
• Performs related duties, as required.

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NY
• Past experience working as an RN Supervisor in a Long Term Care Nursing Facility
• Knowledge of EMR systems
• BCLS, ACLS or PALS, required.
• Excellent communication skills
