Job summary

Complete Care at Hamilton Plaza is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for full-time opportunities on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with every other weekend. Earn up to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and licensure.

Responsibilities include leading nursing staff, delivering resident-centered care, building relationships with residents and families, and maintaining a safe environment. Active NJ RN license and LTC supervision experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, valid New Jersey RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Previous supervision experience in an LTC facility.
• High school diploma required.
• Reliable, passionate, and dedicated with strong leadership.
