Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Supervisor at Pinckneyville Correctional Center in Pinckneyville, IL. You will supervise nursing and support staff under the Director of Nursing, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct and indirect care for patients with diverse health needs.

The role requires an RN license in IL (or ability to obtain), and an associate or bachelor's degree with RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in IL or ability to obtain one is required.
• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two years RN experience is required.
• Candidate must show/obtain PPD tuberculosis screening documentation.
• CPR certification is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Corrections experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

• Supervise nursing and support staff under the DON.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Pinckneyville Correctional Center in Pinckneyville, Illinois.

The Nurse Supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Salaried/exempt: Starting at $114,000+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in IL or ability to obtain one required
• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
