Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for Shawnee Correctional Center in Vienna, IL. The role oversees nursing and support staff and works with a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct and indirect care to patients with diverse health needs.

Required are an RN license (IL or eligibility), CPR, and tuberculosis screening. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree with two years of RN experience is needed, with supervisory and corrections experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with minimum two years of RN experience.
• RN license in IL or ability to obtain one.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Must show/obtain PPD tuberculosis screening documentation.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and support staff under the direction of the DON.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care alongside a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure high-quality patient care in a corrections setting.
• Assist in coordinating shifts and staffing needs.
