Woodland Park Nursing & Rehabilitation in Orbisonia, PA is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff on a three-day, 12-hour shift schedule. This FT role offers stability, a supportive leadership team, and opportunities to advance within a new ownership structure.

You’ll ensure high-quality resident care, mentor staff, collaborate with administration, and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active Pennsylvania RN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• A team-oriented attitude and passion for resident care.
• Long-term care or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities
