Job summary

Triboro Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in the Bronx, NY, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our night shift team (11pm-7am). The role involves scheduling staff, guiding care delivery, and maintaining a compassionate environment for residents and their families.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license with long-term care experience and are adept at using EHR systems and prescribing software. Excellent communication and basic computer skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with active license.
• Long-Term Care experience required.
• Strong and positive team direction for all staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements.
• Establish a compassionate environment by supporting residents and families.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing rules.
• Protect resident confidentiality and ensure proper documentation of care services.
• Maintain documentation of resident care services.
• Foster a cooperative relationship among health care teams.

DUTIES:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor, complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• The responsibility of theRegistered Nurse (RN) supervisor is toestablish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families.
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules ®.
• Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Maintain documentation of resident care services.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Long-Term Care experience required.
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff.
• Should be familiar with EHR and perscribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Salary: $95,000-$105,000
