Job summary

Kadima Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee patient care and clinical operations at our Canonsburg facility. The role requires leadership, clinical judgment, and a commitment to standards of care.

You will supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, and collaborate with physicians and administration. Sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established policies and procedures and applicable standards.
• Other duties as needed.
